Open letter to Constellation Minibond holders

we need to take action together. (revised on Sept. 09)

Hi,

The government is telling minibond holders that there are
different between PIFL minibonds and Constellation
Notes, and it is some true only for the collaterals PIFL and DBS
held while the structure of both were the same. Minibonds are
stuctured product with trustee banks holding collaterals and
we need government and legistrators to protect our
money in order to get some of them back which mostly
stay in HSBC. That why I use internet to give
information about the trustee bank and force HK
government to stay control of the money with all the
information sent to me by Shanghai Commercial Bank
which is very quick to do these.

For DBS Notes, these are poison milk sent to us by
Singapore government and banking in last two years to
rip off HK people for DBS use their worthless CDO lost
to US banks. They just use the Constellation notes to get all
our money back to Singapore and I believe none of
money still stay in HK. Your action has shown HK
people what is behind in this rip off scene as it is
no use for people to go to their distributors and
people who bought DBS notes have to join together
to protest in DBS banks and Singapore Embassy. And
this need to be told to all holder of Constellation
Notes so more people can combine the force.
Without these understanding Constellation Notes
holders will not stick together as HK legistrators
have no power over Singapore government.

*(Regina Ip last month and HKMA in July meeting with
us had proved what I guessed was all true that Singapore
government is involved to prevent the money to be given back to
HK people.)
